Вага малюка молодшого віку зазвичай сильно турбує молодих батьків. На динаміку збільшення маси дитини звертають увагу та педіатри. На основі отриманих даних проводиться аналіз розвитку дитячого організму і виявляється ряд патологій. Отже, яку вагу має набрати здорова дитина у два роки?
Для чого контролювати вагу дворічного малюка?
Якщо для новонародженого вага і динаміка його набору є базовим показником нормального розвитку і це не викликає дискусій, то маса тіла дворічного малюка не так активно враховується в педіатрії. Тим не менш, знати скільки важить немовля і місяць, і два роки важливо з ряду причин:
з допомогою цих даних можна визначити рівень якість харчування і регулювати його при виявленні причин недобору або зайвого набору ваги немовлям;
дозування багатьох лікувальних і вітамінних і профілактичних засобів визначається в залежності від маси тіла пацієнта;
вага дитини повинен збільшуватися, так як дитячий організм росте, якщо цього не відбувається протягом тривалого періоду часу – значить щось заважає його розвитку або гальмує його (генетичні захворювання, патології внутрішніх органів, інфекційні зараження і т. д).
Норми та допустимі відхилення
Незважаючи на те, що вага новонароджених в значній мірі може коливатися (від двох і менш кг у випадках з недоношеними дітьми до 4-5 кг у «богатирів») вже два роки вага всіх дітей приблизно вирівнюється (до середнього показника додається кореляційна похибка в межах 10-15%). Традиційно хлопчик повинен важити більше, ніж дівчинка (за статистикою). На вагу дитини після року, який розвивається відповідно до віку впливають також спадкова схильність, характер харчування сім’ї, рівень фізичної підготовки дитини.
Представлена таблиця дозволяє зорієнтуватися скільки повинен важити приблизно дитина старше року. Крім ваги в ній зазначена інформація і про зростання немовляти.
Відхилення в межах 10-15% вважаються цілком допустимими і не повинні розглядатися як проблемні. Зазвичай вага аналізується в комплексі з ростом немовляти. Таблиця носить ознайомчий характер для батьків дітей старше одного року. Після року вагу і зріст дитина набирає не так швидко, як в перший рік життя, тому кожен місяць їх динаміка не відстежується. Досить вимірювати дані показники один раз у квартал.
Причини надмірної маси тіла у дітей
Якщо дитина старше року важить більше, ніж він повинен важити у своєму віці, частіше за все причина криється в неправильному харчуванні або наявності важких захворювань (цукровий діабет, проблеми з нирками, серцева недостатність тощо). У дитини до року надмірна вага може бути спровокований неправильно підібраною сумішшю при штучному тип вигодовування.
На підбір оптимального дитячого харчування зазвичай йде не один місяць, тому проблеми з вагою у немовлят-искусственников – не рідкість. Дитина до року, який знаходиться на повному грудному вигодовуванні, менш схильний до такого явища, як зайвий набір ваги.
Діти після року, а особливо ближче до двох, вже найчастіше харчуються нарівні з іншими членами сім’ї. Якщо батьки малюка не дотримуються дієтичного харчування, він може вживати разом з ними систематично занадто жирну для нього їжу. У цьому випадку на позбавлення дитини від зайвих кілограмів і привчання до збалансованої та здорової їжі може піти не один місяць. Батьки повинні ретельно стежити за тим, скільки висококалорійної їжі вживає їх дитина і намагатися прищепити їй звичку правильного харчування з дитинства.
Типові причини недобору ваги у дітей
Якщо немовля в місяць набирає менше, ніж він повинен, не варто заздалегідь приписувати його до хворих і намагатися вирішувати питання з допомогою медичних засобів. Дійсно, поганий набір маси тіла у дітей після року може бути пов’язаний з деякими захворюваннями (ендокринна патологія, дисфункція органів травлення, проблеми з всмоктуванням поживних речовин, кишкові розлади різного ступеня складності, пухлинні новоутворення).
У разі діагностування таких проблем, лікар повинен контролювати скільки буде важити пацієнт на кожному етапі лікування і при необхідності призначати препарати, що стимулюють апетит або підвищують калорійність раціону.
Якщо немовля здоровий і активний, проблема недостатнього набору ваги може бути пов’язана з низькокалорійним або незбалансованим харчуванням. Часто це можна помітити у дітей батьків, які дотримуються вегетаріанського способу харчування або обмежують себе стравами зі зниженим вмістом жирів.
Дітям потрібен для повноцінного розвитку збалансований раціон, в якому в достатній кількості присутній стільки поживних речовин, скільки її потрібно для активної життєдіяльності малюка і його фізичного і розумового розвитку.
Вага дітей молодшого віку не варто аналізувати в короткостроковому періоді. В один місяць немовля може набрати норму, в іншої – нічого не набрати. Якщо на конкретний місяць довелося ГРЗ або ГРВІ, малюк може втратити у вазі.
Скільки інфант набирає систематично особливо важливо спостерігати в ранньому дитинстві (до року), для дітей старшого віку – інформативніше будуть квартальні дані. Якщо вже не перший місяць малюк стабільно не добирає у вазі, при цьому в сім’ї немає схильності до такого явища, лікарі часто цікавляться у батьків про рівень фізичної активності малюка. У гіперактивних дітей витрачається більше енергії, ніж у більш спокійних немовлят.
Скільки в місяць малюк отримає або втратить у вазі у випадку зі здоровими дітьми не грає особливо важливої ролі. Зате динаміка зміни маси тіла дитини – важливий критерій для аналізу його повноцінного розвитку.
